Gym

The gym is open year round 10am to 8pm. The gym is located on the corner of SW Coral Avenue and SW Anemone Avenue. Use the key fob on the seahorse keychain to get in. Please make sure to return the key fob or you will be charged $15 for a replacement.
Pool

The pool is open seasonally Memorial Day to Labor Day and is heated. The pool is located on the corner of SW Coral Avenue and SW Anemone Avenue. Use the key fob on the seahorse keychain to get in. Please make sure to return the key fob or you will be charged $15 for a replacement. NOTE: HOA controls the pool- we are not responsible for closures due to weather or pool cleaning.
Park

The community park is located on Barnacle and is about a 2 minute walk. It features a playground, volleyball court and greenspace. It is a shared community space between all of the homes in the Olivia Beach community.
Beach Access

Beach access is located by a 10 minute walk past the park and please note this walk involves a lot of stairs. You are welcome to park closer by parking on SW Anchor Way. Please feel free to use our beach chairs, kites and beach toys in the chest on the main porch.
