Each bedroom is equipped with its own wall heater and individual thermostat. Adjust the thermostat in each room to your preference. These units operate independently, so you can keep some bedrooms warm while leaving others cooler.

The fireplaces in both living rooms are thermostat-controlled, not manual switches. Change the thermostat to your desired temperature and it will heat to that temperature via the fireplace.

Important: This home does not have air conditioning. There are fans in some of the closets and a ceiling fan on the main level— please use them with open windows to increase airflow and enjoy the fresh beach air.

Turn the knob to the "Light" or flame icon position and hold until the flame lights and turn to desired temperature.

Safety: Ensure the flame is blue and steady. If you smell gas strongly or the flame is yellow/orange, turn it off immediately and contact us.

Pull the Seat Forward: Grasp the front edge of the seat cushion and gently pull it straight out toward you. You’ll feel it slide forward on its track.

Lower the Back Cushions: As the seat extends, the back cushions will naturally swing downward. Guide them gently until they lie flat, forming the second half of the mattress

Bedding: Sheets for this bed are under the king bed in the master bedroom.

Feel free to use the fire pit outside- please make sure to only put wood, kindling in the fire pit and not use lighter fluid or burn anything other than paper. Please also make sure the fire is consistently watched and put out completely when you are done. Unsupervised fires are subject to fines and are strictly enforced by the HOA.

There are 2 parking spots in front of the house. Please do not park in other driveways even temporarily. If you have additional vehicles you may park on Coral Avenue but please follow all parking signs or you will get towed.

All three TVs in the house are smart TVs, giving you easy access to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. Simply press the power button on the remote (or the TV itself) to get started.

To watch your personal content, just select your preferred app. The screen will prompt you to sign in using your own subscription credentials. Don't worry about logging out before you leave—the TVs are set to automatically reset and clear your account information on your checkout day, ensuring your privacy and making your departure hassle-free.

To start gaming, switch the TV input to 'Nintendo' and power on the console while it's in the dock. Feel free to play any of the games we've left for you! We just ask that you return each game to its case after playing so the next guests can enjoy them too. If you notice any games are missing, please let us know immediately so we can replace them

The main floor table converts into a game table. Simply remove the top panel and flip it over to reveal a felt playing surface. Note: The top is quite heavy, so please handle with care and use 2 people to not dent the floor or table.

To start up Grill and use:

First turn on the propane tank valve by opening the cabinet below the grill and turning the nob to open. Then turn a burner knob to "High/Ignite" and press the igniter button. If it doesn't light: Wait 5 minutes for gas to clear, then try again.

Shut Down:

• Turn all burner knobs to "Off."

• Crucial: Close the propane tank valve completely.

• Let cool, then replace the cover.

⚠️ Propane Note: We aim to leave a full tank and a back up, but it's not guaranteed. If you run out, please let us know so we can refill it for the next guest.

The car charger is located to the right of the house outside. To open it use the code 0000. Then plug in your car. Once finished please put the hose and plug back in the bock and lock the box up. Please let us know if there are any issues with the charger.
